A Deserving Community

Richard is a retired police officer who has always been passionate about serving the public. After he retired, Richard thought long and hard about how he could still do good for his community, and becoming certified as home inspector stood out above everything else he considered. Richard has enjoyed working on homes for many years on the side, designing numerous additions and modifications in order to improve and expand living spaces. His experience as a remodeler and system installer led Richard to become very knowledgeable about home construction, and before long, he earned his certification as a home inspector and began to build his company.

Not Limited to Just Homebuyers

Home inspections are certainly important for prospective homebuyers, but they’re equally valuable to individuals and their families who are planning to sell a home. As part of the broad selection of inspection services that Richard offers, a Pre-Listing Inspection is designed specifically with the seller in mind. You’ll be able to learn all about your home’s condition before showing the property, giving you a chance to correct any defective areas in order to maximize the home’s value. Whether or not you decide to make repairs, you’ll still be able to openly communicate known issues before a buyer’s own inspection takes place, helping to prevent tense negotiations or a reduced offer.

When he’s not inspecting homes, Richard loves to spend time outdoors. Richard is a Boy Scout leader and is currently volunteering to run a Hooked on Fishing Not Drugs event for the local community.
